Folks..... we had a very, very bad virus last week and it looks
like some of the effects might still be with us. While the virus was contained with in hours and is not able of being spread any more, lots of strange
things are going on with the stability of the database. Ben and I are looking into the matter but in the mean time, if your account is no longer shown
or no longer accessible to you, please let me know.

Whatever it is isn't all fixed I guess.
I tried to get on via my laptop but the site was blocked due to a malware warning
I'm on my phone posting now.
Any word on the malware?

We have run our virus software twice and no viruses are found. I have asked that google recheck the site and received an all clear from them as well.
As for the malware notifications, I do not know. I realize it takes a few days for all the search engines to make another crawl of the site so that
may be why.
I receive no notifications from any browser or virus software I use to access MDS. I guess, each of us will just have to use your own discretion.
If google says it OK, I'd put money it is OK. This is screen shot from todays check of the website.

I will say that I had a mysterious phishing event a couple of days ago. I got an email, opened it but did not click through the enclosed link.
Next thing I know, there was a message in my inbox saying "some of the recipients did not receive your email" or something to that effect.
But a lot did and I got messages from a few people asking if I really sent that.
I did not.
Not saying it had anything to do with the attack on MDS, just saying that it was ironic about the timing.
